Kallichoron Studios - Astypalea island,
LOCATION INFORMATION
Astypalea, belongs to the Dodecannese island complex,
but because of its location at the western-most spot of the Dodecannese,
it presents many of the traditional Cycladic island elements. An
island rich in historic memories, traditional expressions and natural
beauty. It is a combination of beautiful beaches and local color,
with 365 small churches scattered throughout the island. Kallichoron
Studios are located in Asypalea island's capital, Chora.

HOW
TO GET TO KALLICHORON STUDIOS IN CHORA TOWN, ASTYPALEA ISLAND:
You can fly to Astypalea from Athens, but ferry boat connections
to the island are also available at certain days of the week from
the islands of Rhodes, Kos, Naxos and Mykonos as well as from
the main Athens port, the port of Piraeus. Kallichoron studios
are located 10 meters away from Chora's central square and just
10 minutes away from the island's port and Pera Yialos pebble
beach by taxi - approximately 500 meters away while the distance
from the airport is 10 kilometers 25 minutes by taxi. There
is a local bus service available and the bus stop is just around
the corner from the Kallichoron entrance approximately 30 meters
away. Taxi service is available on the island at the cost of
3 Euros from Astypalea port and 6 Euro per taxi per way from Astypalea
airport. |

Kallichoron studios - Astypalea, GENERAL
INFORMATION
Kallichoron is a new complex built
in 2000 in the center of Chora, and is located at a small distance
from all activities that provide for a comfortable and pleasant
stay. The complex stands on the
main Chora Livadi road, just a few meters from the Square
where one can discover ouzeries ouzo and appetizer restaurants,
tavernas, shops and snow-white Windmills and offers a perfect
view of the Castle and its traditional settlement from its roomy
verandas. Kallichoron simple decoration of all the accommodation's
areas is embellished with traditional Astypalean elements, as
well as with all necessary fittings that provide for a comfortable
stay. |

Kallichoron has 10 studios / apartments in total
4 twin bedded, 1 double bedded studio for 2 persons, 2 triple
bedded and 3 split level apartments for 4 persons All studios
and apartments at Kallichoron are fully equipped with a kitchenette,
refrigerator, air conditioning, telephone, TV, hair dryer, bath
robes slippers, and all necessary kitchen-ware that enable
guests to make breakfast at home. |

| Studios
and apartments are cleaned on a daily basis. The roomy verandas
in Kallichoron offer guests an exceptional view of
the sea, the castle of Astypalea and the windmills. Safety Deposit
box and luggage storage facilities are available at the reception.
Additional Services offered in high season July 15 August
26 include: Reception Room service limited hours, free
transport to/from the port/airport, breakfast continental plus
served in a specially designed area. Breakfast at Kallichoron
in Astypalaia, includes home-made jams, cakes and sweets. |
