are also local Inter Dodecanese island boats connecting Kalymnos
with the rest of the Dodecanese islands.
Alternatively you can get to Kalymnos island by flying from Athens
to Kos, the flying time is only around 35 minutes, and then a
short boat ride 45 minutes from KOs island Mastihari port
to Kalymnos Island. From June 2005, the newly build airport of
Kalymnos island is due to operate and direct flights from Athens
to Kalymnos will make it easier to visit this beautiful unspoiled
